Castlefields Surgery has an established eForum for patients. This enables our patients to contribute to the development of the practice and health services in the local community.
Any registered patient is invited to join the forum as we wish to make the eForum group of patients as representative as possible of the practice population.
Only a small amount of your time will be required. The practice will contact you when there is anything that needs responding to, you will not be required to check the site out more than once a quarter.
