The area above indicates the boundary of the practice's inner catchment area. Under the NHS's "Out of Area" scheme we are also able to accept patients from outside this area, but within the Stoke & Staffordshire ICB area. Please Note: patients wishing to register under the Out of Area scheme will not be eligible for some services such as Home Visits. Register with Castlefields Surgery.
